InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that Deborah Saw has stepped down as non-executive director of the Company.

Deborah Saw, who has fulfilled a non-executive director's role since February 2020, has decided to step down with immediate effect to concentrate on other projects and assignments. Given the increased workload following the unanimous decision of the Board to acquire Appledore Shipyard, Deborah has informed the Company that she will not be able to devote the necessary time to the Company given her existing and upcoming work commitments. A search will be undertaken to appoint a new non-executive director as soon as possible.

Clive Richardson, Chairman, commented: 'It has been our pleasure to work with Deborah over the past few months seeking her counsel and approval as non-executive director on a number of crucial decisions. We wish Deborah well with her other business interests and thank her for her efforts during her tenure with InfraStrata. I look forward to working with the rest of the board to appoint a new non-executive director.'
