Harley-Davidson, Inc. acknowledged a recent Schedule 13D filing by H Partners and related parties. As the filing noted, the Company has had discussions with H Partners, and the Company expects that discussions will continue. The Company regularly engages with its large shareholders regarding a variety of matters, including executive compensation as well as environmental, social, and governance issues such as Board refreshment.
