Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

After 21 years of service, Bryan Niketh will be leaving his role as Senior Vice President of Product and Operations, for a new opportunity, effective August 5, 2022. Mr. Niketh's current role will be split and moved under two new roles. His former Design and Engineering responsibilities will be assumed by Glen Koval, Vice President of Engineering, in the newly created role of Vice President Motorcycle Development. Additionally, a new position will be created to lead Motorcycle Operations, which includes Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics. Pat Slaats, Vice President of Manufacturing, will lead this team on an interim basis until the new role is filled.
