Harte-Hanks Inc. announced that James Heughens has joined as managing director with overall accountability for the success of the agency and its clients. James brings significant depth and breadth of agency experience from firms such as McCann Worldwide and Organic. Prior to joining The Agency Inside, James was at McCann Worldwide as part of Commonwealth team who provides advertising services for Chevrolet globally.
He was the global lead responsible for localization, translation, and production of all Chevrolet creative assets used in 70 markets.
