Star Asia Investment Corporation (TSE:3468) agreed to acquire Trust Beneficiary Interests in Urban Park Ichigao from HASEKO Corporation (TSE:1808) for ¥1.8 billion on March 2, 2020. In a related transactions, Star Asia Investment Corporation agreed to acquire trust beneficiary interests in Urban Park Gyotoku. The transaction is financed through new planned borrowing and cash on hand.
The transaction is expected to close on March 13, 2020.
