HAYWARD HOLDINGS, INC. CHARLOTTE, N.C.- November 22, 2022 -- Hayward Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HAYW) ("Hayward" or the "Company"), a global designer, manufacturer, and marketer of a broad portfolio of pool equipment and technology, announced today the promotion of Regina Payne to Vice President of Human Resources.

"For more than 26 years I have worked hand-in-hand with some of the most innovative and driven individuals in the industry, and I look forward to continuing to inspire, coach and develop organizational performance in my new role."Payne will lead Hayward's HR business partners and managers across North America and its operations facility in Wuxi, China, overseeing the coaching and development of the Company's high-performing, collaborative team. She will continue to lead HR Operations and manage the Company's policies and procedures. Payne will report into Susan Canning, Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, who currently oversees the HR team at Hayward.

"As Hayward continues to lead the way in the design and manufacturing of pool technology, Regina will serve as a steadfast captain, translating the Company's business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth and employee engagement."Payne joined Hayward as an HR Representative in 1996 and has held various roles during her 26-year tenure. Most recently she served as a Director of HR, supporting Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain across Hayward North America. Payne played a pivotal role in the integration of team members during Hayward's acquisition of the specialty lighting business of Halco Lighting Technologies and Water Works Technologies Group, LLC earlier this year.
Her new role will be based in the Company's corporate offices in Charlotte, North Carolina and manufacturing facility in Clemmons, North Carolina.
