Augmedics LTD announced that it has received $36 million in funding from Revival Healthcare Capital, Almeda Ventures Limited Partnership, AO Invest AG, H.I.G. Capital, LLC, HCA Healthcare, Inc.

Augmedics LTD announced that it has received $36 million in series C round of funding on March 30, 2021. The transaction was co-led by new investors, H.I.G. Capital, LLC, Revival Healthcare Capital, Almeda Ventures Limited Partnership (TASE : AMDA.L) and also included participation from new investor,HCA Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE : HCA), and existing investor AO Invest AG. with this funding Robertson from H.I.G. Capital, LLC and Rick Anderson from Revival Healthcare Capital will join the board of the company and Amir Blatt from Almeda Ventures Limited Partnership (TASE : AMDA.L) will join as a board observer.

The transaction was oversubscribed. The company has raised $63 million funding till date.
