On October 8, 2020, the Company announced that it intends to return, or repay early, all of its share of Provider Relief Fund distributions of approximately $1.6 billion and approximately $4.4 billion in Medicare accelerated payments the Company received as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security ("CARES") Act.
