Health Empire Corporation Public Company Limited ("the Company") offered to sell the newly issued ordinary shares to Existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding (Right Offering) according to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1 / 202 1 , dated February 10, 2021, the company received money from the capital increase totaling THB 195,550,736.60, after deducting expenses related to the meeting Closing date and other related expenses in the amount of THB 947,606.96. The company received money from the offering of shares, remaining THB 194,603,129.64, which the company has used the money from such capital increase, the details are as follows.
