Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE:PEAK) acquired Seattle Property of Northwest Kidney Centers from Northwest Kidney Centers Foundation for $42.5 million on October 13, 2021. JLL Senior Managing Director Gerry Rohm led the listing team. Other members were Senior Director Logan Greer and Managing Director Evan Kovac.
