Healthway Medical Corporation Limited announced that the Board of Directors, having considered the qualification and experience of Mr. Chen Yeow Sin, has approved the appointment of Mr. Chen Yeow Sin as an Independent Director of the company and also as the Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. From 2012 to date, he was Managing Director, One Partnership Public Accounting Corporation.
