Hefei Construction Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an additional 14.56% stake in Hefei Department Store Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000417) on December 24, 2015. Hefei Construction Investment will acquire 113.67 million shares of Hefei Department Store and increase its stake.
