Hefei Department Store Group Co.,Ltd at its Annual General Meeting of 2020 on 07 May 2021, approved Election of non-independent directors (excluding employee directors), cumulative voting system applicable Chen Xiaobei; Election of independent directors, cumulative voting system applicable Li Shu, Ding Bin, Zhou Shaoyuan; Election of non-employee supervisors, cumulative voting system applicable Wu Wenxiang, Deng Hong.
