Hefei Department Store Group Co., Ltd. announced that at the AGM held on May 23, 2012, the shareholders approved amendments to the company's articles of association.
The company also announced that the shareholders of the company approved profit distribution plan cash dividend of CNY 1.20000000 for the ten shares of the company for the year 2011.
