Hefei Taihe Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603656) agreed to acquire 11% stake in Hefei Zhuohai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. from Wang Jincheng for CNY 33 million on April 8, 2022. As on December 31, 2021, Hefei Zhuohai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. generated the revenue of CNY 45,021,500, Total assets of CNY 71,502,100 and Net Profit CNY -10,404,900. Board of directors have approved the transaction. Within 20 days from the agreement effective date, the Company will make a one-time payment.?
Hefei Taihe Intelligent Technology Group Co Ltd, formerly Hefei Taihe Optoelectronic Technology Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of intelligent sorter machines, industrial robots and automatic equipments. The Company operates through two main segments. The Intelligent Sorter Machines segment is primarily engaged in the manufacture of sales of rice sorter machines, other agricultural products sorter machines, industrial materials and products sorter machines. The Industrial Robots segment is primarily involved in the research, development and sales of industrial robots, among which the products include palletizing robots, pressing robots and automatic guided vehicle (AGV), among others.
