Maximilian Beyer took over as Head of Investor Relations at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) on 1 October, where he will be responsible going forward for the company's capital market communication. His long-time predecessor Robin Karpp will be joining the spin-off Electromobility division as CFO, where he will continue to drive its growth in this central role.
Maximilian Beyer completed a dual study program at Heidelberg, majoring in Corporate Finance. He then went on to work in various roles in the Group Controlling division. As a member of the Transformation Office, Beyer also drove the reorganization of the company and then at the beginning of the year made the switch to the Investor Relations division, which he will now head up.
"We're happy to see Maximilian Beyer coming on board as an Investor Relations manager from our own leadership development program. We are confident that he will be a highly qualified and reliable successor to Robin Karpp, who successfully managed this division for over ten years," says Marcus A. Wassenberg, CFO of Heidelberg. "Going forward, Mr. Karpp will continue to drive our growth in the area of electromobility in a central role."
