NT Holdings Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire Techno Link Co., Ltd. from Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. (TSE:6927) on December 9, 2019. NT Holdings Co., Ltd. will acquire 200 shares of Techno Link Co., Ltd. In a related transaction, NT Holdings Co., Ltd. entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Nippon Gijutsu Center Co., Ltd. from Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. (TSE:6927) on December 9, 2019. For the year ending March 2019, Techno Link Co., Ltd. reported net assets of ¥54.2 million, total assets of ¥128.9 million, sales of ¥60.95 million, operating income of ¥3.4 million and net income of ¥7.98 million. Takashi Takenaka resigned as a Director of Helios Techno Holding. The stock transfer is expected to complete on January 6, 2020.
Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the lamp business, manufacturing equipment business and human resources service business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Lamp segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of projector lamps, halogen lamps for general lighting, as well as light emitting diode (LED) lamps. The Manufacturing Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of alignment film printing equipment, special printing equipment, light source units for ultraviolet (UV) exposure equipment, as well as inspection and measurement equipment.
