Announcement

The Company under the name "HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS & TELEMATICS APPLICATIONS SOCIETE ANONYME" and the distinctive title "FORTHNET S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), informs the investing public that, in its record in the Athens Exchange, there were two thousand six hundred ninety-eight shares (the "Shares"), which came from fractional balances of corporate acts that have taken place in the past. In the context of the squeeze-out right exercised by "NewCo United Group Hellas S.à r.l.", which is already completed (see relevant Company's announcement dated 29.04.2021), the Company has received a total amount of eight hundred nine euros and eighty-three cents (809.83 €) for the Shares.

The above amount is at the disposal of the beneficiaries of the fractional balances at the Company's offices (extension of Manis str., Kantza Pallini, P.C. 153 51, Attica, Greece), who are hereby called to appear for its collection (pro rata), upon submission of the necessary documentation.
