HELLENIC PETROLEUM Holdings S.A. ("the Company"), as Data Controller, in accordance with the General Regulation for Data Protection (EU Regulation 2016/679), law 4624/2019 and other provisions on personal data protection, informs third parties, other than the shareholders, who participate in the teleconference of the General Meeting, that it processes their following data:

1. Identification data, such as name, father's or spouse's name, ID number or other equivalent document
2. Data proving the capacity of these persons to participate in the General Meeting.
3. Email address for third parties participation in the teleconference
4. Video - audio and video data from their participation in the General Meeting

Recipients of these data are the executives responsible for organizing the General Meeting of HELLENIC PETROLEUM Holdings S.A. and the companies Hellenic Central Securities Depository SA. and Cisco Hellas S.A., which have been commissioned to organize the remote General Assembly. HELLENIC PETROLEUM Holdings S.A. has ensured that the above providers apply all the necessary technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data and any data-processing operation by them, is always carried out under the control and by order of the Company and are subject to the same level of protection with that provided by the relevant Policy of the HELPE Group.

HELLENIC PETROLEUM Holdings S.A. also informs individuals that, in case they do not provide the above personal data to the Company, they will not be able, as provided by law, to participate in the teleconference of the General Meeting.
