Lehrte, May 31, 2021 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG is pleased to announce that its subsidiaries HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH and HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH have celebrated two promising sales launches with the Havelmarina - NordVillen project in Berlin, and the NordseeResort Burhave project on the North Sea coast.

Havelmarina - NordVillen in Berlin:
With the realisation of the NordVillen ("North Villas") as part of the Havelmarina project, a total of 45 residential units will be created, distributed over nine city villas in a special location, with two sought-after features: suburban living close to both the Spandauer Forest and the Havel River. With living spaces between 78 and 132 m², the NordVillen offer many possibilities for different lifestyles. Similarly, the building ensemble complies with KfW 55 funding guideline, thereby promoting sustainable living. Sales of the NordVillen were launched recently, and are aimed at private buyers and investors.

With their manageable number of only five residential units each, the NordVillen complement the diverse and very popular Havelmarina project. The entire area features an attractively wide offering, including a total of 185 detached houses, 15 terraced houses as well as 113 apartments in city villas. The wish to live both close to the city and within a green area, which continues to characterise the German residential property market, also makes the Havelmarina particularly attractive to potential buyers.

NordseeResort Burhave:
Situated directly behind the levee and with a view of the North Sea, a total of 167 attractive holiday apartments with living areas between 51 and 123 m² are being constructed at the NordseeResort Burhave. Of note is the exceptional architectural style combined with a light Nordic architecture - a feature that immediately catches the eye of the beholder. For the first construction phase, which comprises four buildings with a total of 48 holiday apartments, sales were also launched this month.

Together with the NordseeResort Büsum and the NordseeResort Tossens, HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH now also offers an extensive range of holiday houses and apartments on the North Sea coast to meet continued very high demand for holiday properties in attractive German holiday regions. With the expansion of its product range, HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH is also strengthening its status as the market-leading provider of holiday properties in Germany.
