Henan Mingtai Al. Industrial Co. Ltd. announced cash dividend of RMB 1.00 (tax included) per 10 shares to all shareholders on the basis of 589,876,415 shares (excluding 107,920 shares to be repurchased and cancelled for not meeting conditions for unlocking in equity incentive plan from 589,984,335 shares at the end of 2017). The dividend payable date is May 30, 2018. Record date is May 29, 2018 and Ex-dividend date is May 30, 2018.
