(SHSE:601677) announced a private placement of not more than 105,000,000 A shares at not lower than CNY 14.16 per share for gross proceeds of not more than CNY 1,215,160,000 on September 5, 2016. The transaction will include participation from not more than 10 specific investors. The transaction was approved at the 4th session of the 4th directorate meeting of the company. The transaction is further subject to approval from the shareholders of the company at its 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of 2016 to be held on September 26, 2016 and the China Securities Regulatory Commission approval.
