Li Wanshuang signed a transfer agreement to acquire 50% stake in Anhui Zhongxu Construction Co.,Ltd. from Henan Qingshuiyuan Technology CO.,Ltd (SZSE:300437) for CNY 90 million on June 11, 2021. According to the agreement, the counterparty Li Wanshuang should pay the company the first repurchase price of CNY 90 million before June 30, 2021. The board of directors of Henan Qingshuiyuan Technology CO.,Ltd approved the transaction on June 11, 2021. As of June 28, 2021, Shareholders of Henan Qingshuiyuan Technology CO.,Ltd approved the transaction. On June 29, 2021, Li Wanshuang completed the acquisition of 10% stake in Anhui Zhongxu Construction Co.,Ltd. As of July 27, 2021, Henan Qingshuiyuan Technology CO.,Ltd has not received the remaining CNY 70 million of the first repurchase price.
Henan Qingshuiyuan Technology Co., Ltd is a China-based company engaged in the production and sale of water treatment agent. Its major products include organophosphorus water treatment agent, polymer water treatment agent and hydrochloric acid, which are widely used in the field of industrial water treatment, steel, electricity, sewage treatment, tap water, textile, printing and dyeing, petroleum, paper and other industries.
