Shanghai Liangqin Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into equity investment intention agreement with Hengdian Group Tospo Lighting Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603303) for private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 91,000,000 in an equity round of funding on December 18, 2020. The transaction included participation from new investor Hengdian Group Tospo Lighting Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603303) for 70% stake in the company.
Hengdian Group Tospo Lighting Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of energy saving lighting products. The Company operates through two main segments. The Main Business segment is primarily engaged in the production and sales of energy saving lights, light-emitting diode (LED) bulbs, lighting electronic products, light-emitting diode (LED) lighting fixtures and engineering plastics, as well as engineering construction and others. The Other Business segment is primarily involved in the rental business.
