DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of HengTen Networks Group Limited (the ''Company'') dated 20 April 2021 in respect of the continuing connected transaction in relation to the cooperation with Tencent Technology in the provision of broadcasting services (the ''Announcement''). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular containing, among other things: (i) further details of the Cooperation Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder; (ii) the recommendations of the Independent Board Committee; (iii) the advice of the Independent Financial Adviser; and (iv) notice of the SGM, was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 11 May 2021.

As additional time is required to complete certain details and information of the Cooperation Agreement for inclusion in the circular, the Company expects that the circular shall be despatched on or before 31 May 2021.
