Beijing Hengxin Rainbow Information Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it received CNY 5,000,000 in equity funding on August 12, 2016. The transaction was approved at the 1st session of the 4th directorate of the investor and does not require its shareholder approval. The company’s registered capital will increase from CNY 5,000,000 to CNY 10,000,000. The company completed its change in industry and commerce registration procedures.
