Shanghai Tongyuan Import & Export CO., Ltd. signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire 17% stake in Shenzhen Hengxin Aote Investment Development Co., Ltd. from Hengxin Mobile Business Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300081) for CNY 25.5 million on November 5, 2014. After the completion of the equity transfer, Hengxin Mobile Business will hold 18% stake in Shenzhen Hengxin Aote. For the year ending December 31, 2013, Shenzhen Hengxin Aote Investment reported revenues of CNY 211.82 million, total assets of CNY 508.08 million and net assets of CNY 42.97 million. Board of Directors of Hengxin Mobile Business Co., Ltd. approved the transaction on November 5, 2014.
