Henry Schein, Inc. (NasdaqGS:HSIC) is looking for M&A. Stanley Bergman, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer said, "Well, when you say investments, let me deal with the M&A side. As I noted earlier on, deals are not done until they're signed and announced. But we have a view that we wish to spend $300 million, $400 million a year on M&A. We've done approximately that on average.
Some years, it's been a little higher. Last year was a bit higher. During COVID, it was a bit lower.
But we want to do -- we want to continue to invest in M&A at that kind of a rate".
