HIAG streamlines its management structure
Basel, 9 March 2020 - At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of HIAG Immobilien Holding AG decided to streamline the structure of its management. The Executive Board now consists of only three members, the CEO, the CFO and the General Counsel. The Extended Executive Board consisting of the Heads of Site Development Thorsten Eberle, Michele Muccioli, Alex Römer , and Yves Perrin and the Head of Portfolio Management, Ralf Küng, will be abolished. The Heads of Site Development and the Head of Portfolio Management will now be designated as members of the management. The tasks and competencies of the former members of the Extended Executive Board remain unaffected by this change. The change in the organisation will be introduced retroactively as of 1 January 2020. With this step, HIAG intends to simplify its organization and continue to focus on the expansion of its real estate portfolio.
