Terms defined in the Earlier Announcements have the same meaning when used in this announcement.
Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 1 September 2020 and 23 December 2020 in relation to the Settlement Agreement entered into by the Company and its subsidiary GHL with Rex International Holding Ltd, its subsidiaries/associates and other relevant parties and the subsequent extension of the long stop date for implementation of the settlement from 31 December 2020 to 30 June 2021.
The Company wishes to inform that the parties to the Settlement Agreement have, on 25 June 2021, entered into a second supplemental agreement to further extend the long stop date for implementation of the settlement from 30 June 2021 to 31 December 2021.
Further announcements will be made upon completion of the settlement arrangement under the Settlement Agreement and/or at the appropriate time(s), where relevant.
