Adoption of New Constitution

High Peak Royalties Limited (ASX: HPR) (Company) advises that, following shareholder approval at the 2021 Annual General Meeting on 30 November 2021, the Company has adopted a new constitution.

In accordance with Section 136 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company has lodged a copy of this new constitution with ASIC. A copy of the same is annexed to this announcement.
