HighGold Mining Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire 10 single-cell mining claims and 14 boundary cell mining claims from Vendors.

HighGold Mining Inc. (TSXV:HIGH) has entered into an agreement to acquire 10 single-cell mining claims and 14 boundary cell mining claims from Vendors on October 28, 2021. Under the terms of the transaction HighGold Mining Inc. has made, or agreed to make, a cash payment in the amount of CAD 50,000 and will issue 100,000 common shares of the Company to the Vendors.
