Himatsingka Seide Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was INR 8,130 million compared to INR 6,534.6 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 8,162.1 million compared to INR 6,595.5 million a year ago. Net income was INR 480.3 million compared to INR 38.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 4.88 compared to INR 0.39 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 4.88 compared to INR 0.39 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was INR 16,284.3 million compared to INR 8,328.9 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 16,360.9 million compared to INR 8,428.4 million a year ago. Net income was INR 1,057.3 million compared to net loss of INR 1,359.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 10.74 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of INR 13.81 a year ago.
