Hino Motors : Notice Concerning Resignation of Audit & Supervisory Board Member and Appointment of Substitute Audit & Supervisory Board Member

This is to inform you that Keiko Kitamura, who served as an Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member for Hino Motors, will resign from her post as Audit & Supervisory Board Member effective February 28, 2023.
Ms. Kitamura's resignation will bring the number of Audit & Supervisory Board Members below the requirements of laws and regulations. Therefore, we also inform you that substitute Audit & Supervisory Board Member Katsuya Natori will be appointed as an Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member effective March 1, 2023.
