On August 20, 2020, HireQuest, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable September 15, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 1, 2020. A copy of the press release announcing the quarterly dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
