Hirose Electric Co.,Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported sales revenue of JPY 38,442 million against JPY 27,400 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 9,094 million against JPY 5,896 million a year ago. Quarterly profit was JPY 6,686 million against JPY 4,417 million a year ago. Basic quarterly earnings per share were JPY 185.84 against JPY 121.78 a year ago. Diluted quarterly earnings per share were JPY 185.80 against JPY 121.78 a year ago.

The Coaxial Connector segment is engaged in the provision of coaxial connectors and optical connectors. It is also engaged in the manufacture and sale of electronic medical devices and micro switches.
