Regarding the Commemorative Dividend to Celebrate HIROSE ELECTRIC's 80th Anniversary

At the Board of Directors' meeting held today, we resolved the planned amount of dividends of surplus with the record date of September 30th 2017 and March 31st 2018, which includes the commemorative dividend to celebrate our 80th anniversary. The planned amount has been decided as follows.

1. Reason for Conducting Commemorative Dividend

   HIROSE ELECTRIC will become 80th year in business on August 15th 2017. We believe this is the result of long-term warm support from shareholders as well as persons concerned inside and outside the company, and we are profoundly grateful.

   Therefore, in order to express our gratitude for the support of our shareholders, we have decided to conduct a commemorative dividend to celebrate our 80th anniversary, at the interim dividend as well as year-end dividend of fiscal year 2017, ending March 31st, 2018.

2. Description of Dividend

We will conduct a commemorative dividend of 120 yen per share, respectively at the interim dividend and year-end dividend of fiscal year 2017, ending March 31st, 2018.
