JL United 1 Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire site and building in lot 1448-1 and 3 other lots in Seocho-Gu, Seoul, Korea from HITEJINRO Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A000080) for KRW 91 billion on October 19, 2016. Out of KRW 91 billion, KRW 9.1 billion was paid on contract signing date and remaining will be paid on closing. The property reported total assets of KRW 3.5 trillion. The Board of HITEJINRO passed the resolution for the transaction on October 19, 2016. The transaction is expected to close on October 18, 2017.
