ACS, Actividades de Construcci=n y Servicios, S.A. (BME:ACS) agreed to acquire 14.46% stakes in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft (XTRA:HOT) from Atlantia SpA (BIT:ATL) for approximately Ç560 million on September 15, 2022. The transaction is subject to approval of merger agreement by Atlantia SpA (BIT:ATL) board. Target board has approved the deal.
