The European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control of Yorizon, a newly created joint venture, by Hochtief GC Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbHand Thomas-Krenn.AG, a German company.

The transaction mainly concerns data processing, hosting and related activities.

The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not give rise to competition concerns, given the limited market positions of the companies resulting from the proposed transaction.
