Utelite will join Holcim’s Mountain Region, alongside operations in the, Phoenix and Las Vegas metro areas and employees of Utelite will join Holcim. Holcim Ltd (SWX:HOLN) completed the acquisition of Utelite Corporation on September 27, 2021.
