Hollywood Bowl announced that the company's chief people officer, Melanie Dickinson, has been appointed as an executive director of the company with effect from 21 October 2021. Melanie joined the Group as Talent Director in October 2012 and has over 20 years of HR experience across the leisure and hospitality sectors. Starting her career in retail operations before moving into HR, Melanie has held senior HR roles at Pizza Express, Holmes Place Health Clubs, Pizza Hut UK and Zizzi Restaurants.
