Holographic Storage Ltd, and its subsidiaries are engaged in the use of direct marketing of consumer products, primarily through direct response transactional television programming (also known as infomercials) and through wholesale/retail distribution and electronic commerce on a global basis. The Company manages all phases of direct marketing for the majority of its products in both the United States and international markets, which includes product selection and development, manufacturing by third parties, acquisition of television media, production and broadcast of programming, order processing and fulfillment and customer service.
