1. Summary of the notification

In accordance with the Transparency Act, Home Invest Belgium announces to have received a notification on 29 September 2021 from Stavos Real Estate BV, Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos, Liévin Van Overstraeten, Hans Van Overstraeten, Johan Van Overstraeten, Bart Van Overstraeten, Cocky NV, V.O.P. NV Sippelberg NV and BMVO 2014 showing that Sippelberg NV has transferred 450,000 shares to Stavos Real Estate BV on 25 September 2021. The notification concerns a transfer between two companies belonging to the same group, namely the group Van Overstraeten.

The notification signed on 29 September 2021 by Stavos Real Estate BV, Stichting Administratiekantoor Stavos, Liévin Van Overstraeten, Hans Van Overstraeten, Johan Van Overstraeten, Bart Van Overstraeten, Cocky NV, V.O.P. NV, Sippelberg NV and BMVO 2014, showing that Sippelberg NV has transferred 450,000 shares to Stavos Real Estate BV on 25 September 2021, contains the following information:
