HomeServe plc named Andy Yost as its new Chief Marketing Officer and member of the North American Board. Yost joined HomeServe Aug. 8 and replaces Mike Rauscher, who has been with HomeServe since 2008 and has retired.

Yost brings nearly 30 years of marketing leadership and experience to HomeServe, most recently serving in a similar role at Kinsa, a health tech startup, leading B2B/B2C marketing. Additionally, he's helped establish commercial excellence, set strategic direction and created value for other start-up companies and corporations, including Gannett, Viacom, Dow Jones, Columbia House and American Express. Mike Rauscher leaves HomeServe after leading the company's direct marketing efforts through a period of unprecedented growth for the North American business.

During his tenure, HomeServe's customer base has grown from 300,000 to nearly 5 million. In addition to leading the marketing function, Rauscher also led the account management function for several years, managing HomeServe's relationships with the company's municipal and utility partners. He was also a valued member of HomeServe's North American Board.
