Specific part of buildings and adjunctive facilities located at No.3,
Creation 3rd Road, and No.8, Creation 4th Road, HsinChu Science Park, and
machinery equipment of 6-inch Fab.

1.Buildings and adjunctive facilities�GNT$0.82 billons
The area of building is around 39,842.69 square meters (equivalent to
12,052.42 pings); NT$68,036 per ping (includingadjunctive facilities);
2.Machinery equipment�GNT$1.7 billion.
3.Total transaction amount: NT$2.52 billion
3.1 In addition to the total transaction amount, the deed tax, stamp tax,
registration fees for the registration of real property ownership transfer,
scrivener service fees, etc. required to be paid from the registration of
ownership transfer of the aforesaid buildings from Macronix Electronics Co.,
Ltd. to Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. are additionally charged from
Hon Young Semiconductor Corporation.
