HONGKONG LAND HOLDINGS LIMITED Hongkong Land Holdings Limited announced that Anthony Nightingale will step down from the Board of the Company with effect from January 31, 2024. The Company also announced that Yiu Kai Pang will also step down from the Board, the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company, in each case, with effect from January 31, 2024.
