APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS

Reference is made to the announcement of Honworld Group Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') dated 26 April 2021 in relation to the resignation of Ernst & Young (''EY'') as the Company's auditors.

The board (the ''Board'') of directors of the Company hereby announces that, with the recommendation from the audit committee of the Board, Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited (''Grant Thornton'') has been appointed as the new auditors of the Group with effect from 12 May 2021 to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of EY and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.

The Board would like to extend its warm welcome to Grant Thornton on their appointment as the auditors of the Company.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 30 March 2021 and will remain suspended until further notice.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
