Horizons Enhanced Income Energy ETF Announces Distribution for the Month Ending March 31, 2016, Payable on or About May 12, 2016

Horizons Enhanced Income Energy ETF announced a distribution of $0.06927 per HEE unit and $0.06030 per HEE. A unit for the period ending April 30, 2016. The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be April 27, 2016, for all unitholders of record on April 29, 2016.

The Distributions will be paid in cash on or about May 11, 2016.
