Horizons Enhanced Income Energy ETF Announces Distribution for the Month Ending March 31, 2016, Payable on or About April 12, 2016

Horizons Enhanced Income Energy ETF announced a distribution of $0.06717 per HEE unit and $0.05860 per HEE. A unit for the period ending March 31, 2016. The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be March 29, 2016, for all unitholders of record on March 31, 2016.

The Distributions will be paid in cash on or about April 12, 2016.
